Роясь в поисках что нибудь полезного по сцеплению, в группе фейсбука по фрирайду нашел вот что для тех у кого нет полного расцепления дисков сцепления:
By the way....for anyone out there who struggled with the dreaded KTM dragging clutch syndrome ... I have a simple solution that has so far worked on 2 of 2 bikes. Takes about 10 minutes to do. No special tools required.
Lay the bike over, remove the clutch cover, clutch springs, then all the plates and spacers. After checking them all for any obvious signs of wear or problems, it's time to put them back in.
What I've found is that since the KTM plates have such tight tolerances, they will go onto the spindle with varying degrees of ease / stickiness. As you put them back in, simply rotate each plate around until you find a position where it glides effortlessly onto the spindle.
Do that for each plate, put it all back together, and you'll have a (mostly) drag-free clutch.
I think that in some orientations the plates just don't glide in and out freely, in effect getting jammed together even with the clutch all the way in...hence the dragging. Bikes now start in gear, even cold, and no jerking forward when going into gear from N.
Hope this helps anyone else out there who may have been annoyed by this typical KTM problem.
Двумя словами для тех, кто не дружит с английским: разберите сцепление, потом
просто вращайте каждый диск , пока не найдете положение, в котором он скользит без усилий на шпинделе.
Как правило , пишет чел, помогает.
